Blackstuff - Organic Aramid Streetbike Pads
EBC Blackstuff organic pads are made with Aramid fibres such as Aramid or Twaron® and deliver impressive stopping power and the "Feel" so often desired by bike riders allowing them to "Feather" the brake as they decelerate. Public opinion is that organic pads don't last long but the myth was broken when seven years ago EBC launched its current DMX street formulation organic pad of which over 13 million sets have been sold with a zero failure rate in the market. This is a truly impressive pad with low disc abrasion, good life and deep progressive braking power.
 
Goldstuff - Sintered Streetbike Pads
When we broke into the sintered pad market years ago we really did our homework. We took all the current market offerings, tested them, analysed them and beat them. We removed the iron powders commonly used in many sintered pads that cause the pad to "Weld" to the disc under corrosion when the bike is parked and replaced it with stainless powder. We took out several other particles which our competitors still use which caused massive disc damage and created our launch material. After five years and millions of sets sold we upgraded the formulation again to our SB101C material which completely eliminated BRAKE NOISE, improved the pads HEAT CYCLING CAPABILITY and improved feel.
What we have today for the faster rider is the pinnacle of sintered copper alloy engineering, researched and tested in our own laboratories by engineers with over 50 years experience in sintered pad technology. Goldstuffbrake pads were tested by the largest german motorcycle magazine "Motorrad" and were winner of 10 tested brake pads of different manufacturers.

Assembled with sturdy RIVETS not risky circlip systems, disc rings made from roll forged BILLET STEEL offering 18% more stopping power than stainless steel but with the high strength of steel ... better braking and NO RISK of cracking as with cast iron discs Lightweight forged alloy centre hub using special high strength ductile mill rolled aluminium alloy, coloured either silver or gold to match your bike cosmetics. Pro-Lite discs resist distortion longer PLUS the unique “Birdswing” drill pattern prevents ridges developing on the disc. The Pro-Lite is is also available as a rear disc and is made of tough HPSR steel prevents cracking. The rear disc has a zinc finish to prevent corrosion.

The latest upgrade brake disc offerings from EBC Brakes for performance motorcycles is the newly designed CONTOUR PLUS brake disc for floating front brake systems.

The latest EBC contour PLUS discs are made with special stainless steel and new lightweight profile and feature the new scraper slot system which has proved to be so successful in preventing early life disc damage when bedding in new brakes. The scraper slots remove any loose particles/debris as the pads bed in during early life after fitment and prevent disc scoring.

EBC Redstuff TT pads, highlighted in new powder coat red colour, are exactly what you need. These pads have a high CARBON particle inclusion which reduces brake temperatures and heat transfer significantly.
They are ideal for fast moto-x riding, especially enduro and ATV SPORT use. Whilst lifetime is less than the comparable sintered metal pad, many top enduro riders around the world choose EBC carbon graphite pads known as X SERIES in the United States and Canada, and sold under the Redstuff TT - Tout Terrain series in Europe.
These new red pads have shown their ability to prevent brake disc cracking on the toughest conditions of enduro use on rear wheel fitments because of their good heat dissipation characteristics.

These pads have the HIGHEST friction of any publicly available brake pad and deliver fingertip stopping power in moto-x race conditions. Being a sintered copper alloy they also have excellent durability in sand, wet and mud riding and are at the same time less aggressive to the brake disc. FREE SLIDER PINS are included with most pad sets except those with multiple pin choices to replace worn bent or seized pin sets. The pin sets provided free in the EBC set are mostly external hex drive pins which are easier to remove than internal hexagon formed “allen” key or hex wrench internal type hardware.

If you need more brakes on a moto-x, enduro or “tout terrain” motorcycle and are ONLY using your machine off-road EBC oversize disc kits are a great choice. These are complete hub and disc fully floating units built from heat treated carbon steel and zinc plated to avoid corrosion. Each kit comes complete with a billet alloy relocation bracket designed to relocate the original caliper to the larger disc size. Available for all modern moto-x and enduro bikes.

"SM-Series" - 320mm Supermoto Oversize Disc Conversions
320mm oversize Supermoto disc constructed with forged alloy centre hub for weight reduction and tough billet steel 4mm thickness brake disc for maximum stopping power. The disc rings include OD cooling groove and extra weight reducing scraper holes and are riveted together with a nine button sturdy rivet system.
The disc kit COMES COMPLETE WITH ANODISED ALLOY RELOCATION BRACKETS for most popular models of MX/Enduro bike and are supplied as a kit with the complete disc unit and anodised bracket. The brake hose may need to be replaced with a longer version.

EBC Sport Brake Fluid BF307+
is a glycol based sport brake fluid with a higher boiling point and can be used in all brake systems specifying DOT 3 or DOT 4 but not with DOT 5 silicone fluids. The higher boiling point 307°C, reduces the effect of sponginess in your brake system. A special formula reduces the brake corrosion in the brake system.

Standard Clutch-Kit (CK Series)
almost identical to original original equipment clutc plates the CK series are a cork based product impregnated with aluminium to increase wear life and heat resistance. Material is highly compressed to avoid swell and clutch drag and is an ideal general purpose replacement material for all grades and sizes of motorcycle. Kit includes a complete "engine set" of friction plates.
 
 
Street Racer Aramid Race/Sport Clutch Kit (SRC Series)
A Aramid paper lined plate set complete complete with heavy duty clutch springs (if bike has a diaphragm type spring fitted as standard we cannot supply this type of spring). The kit is ideal for heavy sport bikes, faster ride and production based race use. Advantages of the SRC Aramid are longer life, higher heat resistance although although this clutch has a aggressive/faster take up than the CK cork series. Does not include steel plates.
 
Dirt Racer Clutch-Kit (DRC Series)
EBC Dirt Racer clutch sets are a complete set of CK series heavy duty clutch springs and steel separator plates. Many off road machines are fitted from new with with alloy separator plates which wear out quickly and cause clutch to slip. The steel units in the EBC DRC kit prevent this and re-establish original clutch stack height.
Dirt Racer Aramid Race/Sport Clutch Kit (EP Series)
A complete kit with Aramid lined friction plates, steel separator plates and heavy duty clutch springs. The EP kit is a heavy duty high temperature resistance clutch, suitable for sport/race use in Moto-X and ATV applications. Since 1998 some models have been upgraded to have lined plates using a steel carrier body which should be located closest to the inboard or engine side of the clutch and compensate for overload fractures which happen when the clutch basket wears or "spreads".
 
Stiffer Spring Kits (CSK Series)
Always fit new springs which get tired after miles of heat and use. EBC spring kits are 10% stiffer than standard and are sold in engine kits. In some cases you may end up with 1 or 2 extra springs - this is due to some bikes using the same springs but in different quantities.
