EFI - CV pads are made from premium CV materials that are designed that are designed for maximum mileage and minimum disc abrasion. In this relatively new market place where almost all newly registered trucks ans trailers now use disc systems the high quality necessary to provide safe braking without pas de-bonds short life or disc damage is the key motivation to EFI materials and processing.
Now also the largest range of Commercial brakes on the market the EFI product has many features and benefits that make it unique.
First all EFI pads are fully R90 approved after numerous independent tests completed at the British MIRA test track in the UK.
The R&D departments on going research programme has lead to the development of a range of materials which vary in characteristics. All are asbestos free and kind to discs but vary in performance according to their usage.
Compared to OE equipment, the cost savings with our brake pads and linings is significant. What's more you are guaranteed the highest quality. All our disc pads are compliant to Regulation 90 standards with the vast majority already approved to carry the "E" mark.

For expanding our European Network we are looking for dealers and wholesalers. If you are interested in distribute our truck range please register your company at DEALER ENQUIRIES. We would be pleased to hear from you!

Interlayer construction - Interlayer Technologie - all brake pads of our EFI range are made with interlyer technology. We have developed interlayer which prevent corrosion and transfer of shock to prevent displace of the brake pad. EFI pre mould an shock resistant layer onto the backplate underneath the actual friction material. This interlayer improves bonding strength by 500% and its ability to resist shock loads completely offsets the chances of pad debond (pads becoming detached from backing plate).

Brake-In Coating - The revolutionary Brake-In™ coating guarantees a high efficiency brake from first installation and helps condition the disc surface during the first few hundred miles.
After moulding and grinding EFI pads are surface coated with a mildly abrasive polymer coating that helps condition the brake disc after installation and brings the brake up to full efficiency immediately. This has been found a big advantage to fleet operators due to the speed with which pads can be changed and become effective for vehicle safety tests after a pad change.

Moulded edge chamfers and grooves - Instead of cutting centre slots and edge chamfers AFTER moulding EFI actually mould these two features into their pads which reduces stresses that are unavoidable in hot moulding and prevent both lifting of the pad edges after significant use and cracking in the central pad area common with many pads.

Patented pressure clip for Knorr-Bremse - we have also re designed our own pressure clip system for pads fitted to Knorr Bremse and Haldex calipers which does not contravene the now famous patent that Knorr Bremse have for their own pressure clip system. The EFI system uses a single wider clip that provides even pressure to BOTH pads and allows pads to slide freely in operation with the caliper and is both simple and quick to install. EFI pad sets come complete with these new pressure clips and all hardware such as pivots pins, rubber seals and hardware essential for a quality service installation of new brake pads.

MP-Premium Brake Pads - An asbestos free material developed as a disc brake pad material for use in heavy duty applications for car and light commercial vehicles. This material overcomes problems associated with high temperatures created by demanding conditions. Regulation 90 approved for a number of applications.

NB-Carbon Brake Pads - An asbestos free material formulated to exploit recent advances in carbon based additives for friction materials. It has been developed as a material for a wide range of light commercial vehicles which demand low wear rates on both disc and pads.

LW+NH Brake Pads - A unique material with extended lifetime and extremely low disc abrasion characteristics make this material ideal for long haulage fleet use and for the PSV market where safety and lifetime are principal considerations.
