EBC brake pads are unique in their construction using hi-tech fibres and can withstand temperatures over 100°C and are extremely low in abrasion. EBC use these types of fibres to produce premium quality pads that deliver low rotor wear, minimal dust and stop you faster. EBC offer speciality compounds designed for each type of driving and driver.
EBC brake pads have a unique brake-In coating. This mild abrasive red coating is applied to the friction surface and helps pads bed-in quickly after installation. A new glasslike powder coating has delivered a pad that is completely resistant to corrosion. Powder coat simply lasts forever. Pads look good for their entire wear life. Blackstuff Ultimax - is the re-branded general replacement disc pad range including all the new features and benefits of our new upgraded manufacturing plant in Bristol. All products in the Blackstuff Ultimax range are R90 approved.
New AF42/66 friction material completely eleminates judder and produces a high friction long lasting pad. All pads feature centre line slot which prevents heat expansion cracks and reduces brake noise and edge chamfers which have major technical benefits especially on European brake systems.
Unique powder coating to both pad and back plate gives lifetime resistance to corrosion and prevents moisture ingress. Unique Brake-In surface coating provides instant brake effeciency on installation and conditions the brake disc removing glaze, black spotting etc from disc surface.
 
Greenstuff - there have been many versions of this fabulous brake compound but the latest formulation is surely one of the finest performance brake compounds ever to be sold plus has the benefits of being a low dust material which can reduce brake dust by up to 80%.
EBC Greenstuff have a friction coefficient 0.55 , withstands temperatures up to 650°C and is the ideal choice for premium pad replacement for performance use in hot hatches or for high speed motorway driving or for heavy load situations such as towing and is capable of stopping a motor vehicle 9 metres shorter than stock OEM pads. Certain part numbers in the Greenstuff range carry noise reduction shims on the reverse and all Greenstuff brake pads have Brake-In coating to the surface helps pads bed-in quickly after installation.

Redstuff - since this material was introduced it has received many positive write ups from performance drivers of faster cars. Redstuff is a truly impressive fast road pad for repeated heavy braking. It emits up to 80% less dust than semi-metallic pads and has been proven to stop a saloon car 13 metres quicker than OEM pads. Redstuff brake pads carry noise reduction shims on the reverse and have Brake-In coating to the surface helps pads bed-in quickly after installation. Redstuff have a friction coefficient 0.5 and withstands temperatures up to 750°C and a low disc wear.
 
Yellowstuff - although a full race material and capable of high temperature use with very good wear life, this new formulation sets a new trend in race type brake pad compounds.Yellowstuff is also made for highway use as the "bite" from cold is superb which is uncommon with race materials (normally requiring warm-up) and makes this a pad which can be safely used on highway as well as on the race track.Yellowstuff is a progressive brake pad. The more pressure you give to the pedal the more "bite" will be delivered by the pad. Yellowstuff have a friction coefficient 0.6 and withstands temperatures up to 900°C and delivers a low disc wear.
Yellowstuff brake pads are produced with the latest interlayer technology and have received the Maxpower Award for the best race brake pad. This new formulation is used by numerous championship race and rally drivers and is truly a milestone in brake pad material development.
 
Bluestuff - is a brake pad for long distance race. Bluestuff have a friction coefficient 0.55 and withstands temperatures up to 900°C with a very good wear lifetime. Bluestuff brake pads are produced with the latest interlayer technology Bluestuff brake pads are only for race use and not for highway use.


Turbo-Groove Disc - EBC's unique wide aperture slots actually pull cool air under the pad surface and help pad and disc cooling. The "Blind Drilled" dimples help break down surface gases but do not promote cracking, which has been shown to occur with "Through Drilled" discs.
A unique feature of the Turbo-Groove Disc is that the slots extend completely to the outer edge of the disc which allows any dirt, dust gases, grit or dedris from heavy braking to exit the pad braking area. This ensures flat and parallel wear of the pads throughout their wear life and use.
All Turbo-Groove Discs are gold zinc anodised to prevent the discs from corrosion in areas not swept by the brake pad.
 
Black-Dash Disc - the new Black-Dash Discs have a new super quiet slotted design and carry a brand new EPF black coating system that gives the best corrosion resistance ever. The new coating is really a milestone in brake disc corrosion protection. It creates a black gloss finish on the rotor which wears off in the area contacted by the pad and is guaranteed to stay on the remaining areas of the disc for a minimum of two years up to five years. 480 hours salt corrosion tests that we have conducted have proved these results.
 
EBC Premium Disc - EBC is proud to be one of the only companies selling an own manufactured brake disc programme. Our discs are 100% made in our own casting foundry in the UK from a unique material called "discalloy".
This high quality grey iron includes copper to increase thermal conductivity and wear properties.
All EBC Premium Discs are cast to a material strength of 150 N/mm2 with a tightly controlled surface hardness variation less than 20 HB and are precision CNC machined to a surface tolerance of less than 0.001 mm.
So these products are no cheap import brake discs. These brake discs have the highest integrity and product quality on the aftermarket. An OE quality replacement Disc, made of the finest grade steel and a perfect replacement disc for any car.
 
EBC Sport Brake Fluid BF307+ - is a glycol based sport brake fluid with a higher boiling point and can be used in all brake systems specifying DOT 3 or DOT 4 but not with DOT 5 silicone fluids. The higher boiling point 307°C , reduces the effect of sponginess in your brake system. A special formula reduces the brake corrosion in the brake system.
